You need Microsoft Project installed on your computer to open and work with the Template Files. The Scheduling Templates purchased and downloaded through our site are the Purchaser's property. You can use the Templates to prepare as many technical, business, and personal documents as necessary, including those for your clients, and integrate them into your business systems and practices. However, you cannot share, copy, transmit electronically or physically, email, forward, resell or redistribute the Templates to any individual, group, or entity outside your organization in any other way or combined with another product without prior written consent from us.
Support Subscription:
A Support Subscription is for the Purchaser's Individual Access only with a Username and Password. Sharing Access with other individuals, groups, or entities is prohibited.
Refund Policy:
Once a user purchases a Download Product, Template, Guide, Informational File, Training, and Support Subscription to any of Our Websites, the sale is final (except for any trial periods offered). Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds due to the intangible nature of Digital Products, Download Files, Training, and Support Services. However, we have made our best effort to give you full details, information, samples, and demos of each Product, Template, Informational File, Service, Training, and Support Subscription we offer. The License(s) and Online Access as described above are for your individual use. However, if you wish to use a Site-License for any of Our Products, Guides, Templates, Informational Files, Training Information, and Support Services for an organization, group, or entity, please contact us at

Sub-license:
You may not share, sub-license, or assign any licenses to anyone else without our prior written consent.
Unauthorized Distribution and Resale:
You cannot share, forward, email, or distribute these Products, Templates, Informational Files, Training Information, and Support Services on a CD, diskette, website, or any other medium and offer them to any other individual group or entity for their use.
Modifications:
You may make whatever modifications or changes necessary to these Products, Templates, Informational Files, Training Information, and Support Services to make them fit your requirements. However, they are subject to this license and agreement regardless of the extent of the modification or change.
Intellectual Ownership:
You may not claim intellectual ownership of these Products, Templates, Informational Files, Training Information, and Support Services, modified or unmodified. All Products, Guides, Templates, Informational Files, Training Information, and Support Services remain our intellectual property.

Limitation Of Liability:
In no event shall 'We' be liable for any loss or damages of any kind without limitation including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental, loss, punitive, multiple, monetary, and consequential damages or other losses whatsoever arising out of the use of or inability to use Our Products, Templates, Guides, Informational Files, Training Information and Support Services.

After an order, you will receive a periodic Email Notification and Newsletter with product updates, new products, and information that will help you maximize your use of the items you purchase.
