This comprehensive involvement enabled him to handle critical responsibilities in management, technical development, buyouts, and scheduling, ensuring the successful completion of numerous construction projects.
In 2001, Steve launched ConstructionScheduling.com. He has since authored manuals, guides, and a published book on Construction Scheduling. He also developed the Quick Schedule Guide which now replaced by the Learning and Training Portal. Steve is committed to sharing his experiential insight with the industry.
